Kaiser, who's been harassing Isagi and getting in his way since day one; Kaiser, who beyond all doubt could've been nothing more than a simple, arrogant, self-centered asshole; Kaiser, who despite all of that, he can't stop thinking about for some goddamn reason—he can't stop his feelings of hatred, entangling with both awe and curiosity, and he can't stop the chain of events that he set off spiraling out of control, all leading up to a reality darker than anything he ever encountered before: the bitter truth behind the naked emperor.
