Summary
“Join Jisung and I tonight,” Seungmin murmurs, in an uncharacteristically soft tone, as if he were cradling Minho close to his chest as he does Felix or Jisung, speaking to him as if he were someone precious and not just the king’s burden to bear. It hurts when Minho knows it’s just his imagination. “We can talk more then.”
“Are you sure?” Minho asks, clenching his fist behind his back tight enough to feel his nails dig into his palm.
Seungmin clenches and unclenches his fists at his sides. “Why wouldn't I be?”
I am your cross to bear. I am a nail in your coffin. I am the thorn in your side. I am. I am. I am.
“Nevermind,” Minho shakes his head and turns to Seungmin, bowing once more. He thinks his nails have broken skin. “See you tonight, then.”
---
Or; Minho relearns how to love his king through the eyes of his husbands and his past while simultaneously unlearning the mindset that he is only around to serve everyone else.

Summary
His plan: let Minho take the lead, enjoy a quiet dinner with his boyfriend, and propose right before dessert. If he’s lucky, Minho says yes. If not, he can joke and say it was for the free dessert. It doesn't really matter if Minho says no, springing a proposal like this on him in public definitely isn’t on Minho or Seungmin’s bucket list, but might as well go big or go home. And the plan should be fool-proof, so regardless of the outcome, the night still ends well.
And if Minho doesn't say yes, well, Seungmin will just cross that bridge when he gets to it. Right now, he knows he loves Minho regardless. A ring and a wedding doesn’t prove that anymore than all the other things they do for each other, afterall
(or; 5 times seungmin proposes to minho and one time minho proposes to seungmin)

Summary
Lee Minho, the richest and most desired man in town. He once declared that the man or woman who could unlock his door with the key around his cat’s neck could earn the chance to court him.
Lee Minho remains an unsolvable mystery, and always will be just that, for he’s unreachable, and Seungmin is just Seungmin. He shouldn’t bother trying to figure out why the man leaves his future to his cat and ruins his hanbok just to help someone everyone hates— someone he once abandoned when Seungmin needed him most.
–––––
12 years have passed since Seungmin first met Minho. 8 years have passed since they last held hands. 4 years have passed since they even acknowledged each other's existence. Funny how a cat is what closes the distance between them and mends broken bonds caused by an accident neither one of them can let go of.

Summary
He knows Minho will indulge him anyways, wanting to hear where he goes with this, so his husband nods with a patient smile. “They look like two little amber rocks, but instead of… bugs or— or something, I don’t know— I see our past crystallized in your eyes. Every little moment that has brought us here, to right now.”

Summary
“You’re blue today,” Jisung says when they sit beneath their great oak.
“You can’t feel colors,” Seungmin mutters. He watches the grass dance. He sprinkles daisy petals on Jisung’s face.
“I can feel your colors,” Jisung hums. His eyelashes flutter against his cheeks.
“What do my colors feel like?” Seungmin asks. He arranges some of the petals in a line across Jisung’s forehead.
“Safe,” Jisung whispers, so quiet it's almost lost in the wind. Seungmin has never seen him so at peace.
In a small beach town in the middle of nowhere, Seungmin learns what love is to him as he spends his childhood with a sunshine-moonlight boy who feels sunset orange, a little purple and sometimes a little bit like a storm. Seungmin knows most people don’t like those who are too many things, but he thinks the ones who are too many things are special. Jisung just happens to be more special than the rest.
