Enjin pretty much never sleeps through the night. It's not necessarily a problem, or at least, not one to which he hasn't become accustomed. But his insomniac habits have unintentionally led to him discovering… feelings… and he really does not have time to process that right now, so he will be shoving those feelings way, way down. Which will totally work. Right?

A deep grunt came from somewhere near the pillow. “And you talk too much when it’s early,” Gris muttered, voice rough with sleep."
“Mmm,” Enjin murmured, rolling closer until their noses almost touched. “You say that, but you don’t move away.”
