Summary
Spacial awareness wasn’t Toby’s strong suit. Sure, he was a competent killer, but he sucked at telling when something or someone was nearby. Jeff had used this against him many times, scaring him when he was in the woods. He’d always jump out and nearly get a hatchet to the face. They would laugh and then continue patrolling together.
But this time, it was different.
