Potions was never Remus favorite subject, and when he gets paired up with Avery of all people, everything goes downhill very fast.
They were learning about some new potion, Remus simply wasn’t listening, daydreaming about their summer together at the farm. In his distraction, he ended up drinking the whole vial Avery gave to him for testing.
He immediately feels unhinged, confident and capable of doing anything.
He feels like throwing a good punch into Avery’s arrogant face.
