Her clothes were cool—ripped tights and boots that reminded Phoebe of a mid-nineties grungy sitcom star; her hair was swept and blonde and looked soft to the touch, if only she’d be able to reach out and run her fingers through it. Her cheeks were always ever so slightly flushed a darker blue than the rest of her skin, a blue that reminded Phoebe of the night sky back in Summerville (not that she’d ever admit to something so blatantly cheesy that even Gary could’ve come up with it).
