My contribution for Joscarl week 2021. Made in response to the day 5 prompt "past or future."
There's more to aging than the aches and pains of overworked bones. As their bodies have gone weak and they lose their capabilities, Joseph reflects on what forever means to him and Aesop. From their wedding to their first fight, Joseph longs for the past. To him, there's nothing quite as scary as time.
