Geralt adjusted his grip on Roach’s reins, readying to resume a gallop. Assuming O’Dimm was being sincere, this conversation wouldn’t take long. “I don’t want to see you ever again, O’Dimm,” he said. “That is my request.”
O’Dimm didn’t seem at all dismayed with Geralt’s request. In fact, his expression bordered on gleeful. “You don’t wish to see me, Geralt?”
Geralt makes a mistake. O'Dimm takes advantage. Things only go downhill from there.
