Summary
The E. Aurua, colloquially known around the area of Mt. Ebott as the “golden flower,” is a highly endangered species. The local community has made many efforts to preserve it, but before recent events it was known to have totally died out. The species began to perish in 201X when a strike of disease took root in the population. This was then exacerbated by a series of accidental cross-pollinations with a similar species.
The recent resurgence of monsterkind from the depths of the mountain renewed the flower’s prospects, thought to be a complete solution, until the majority of the samples were discovered to differ enough to be considered a different and more magical species. Only one garden was found to contain only pure samples of E. Aurua. It was, with as much gentleness as possible, transplanted into surface soil. The remaining specimens of the golden flower, usually known for its adaptable nature, have since then struggled.
It is believed by experts in the community that, given their continued state of poor health, they will soon die out. After an astounding January fundraiser, Ebott City’s monsters have collectively sponsored all efforts to
