Kurosaki stares at him in bewilderment.
“What the hell are you talking about? I trust my friends!”
“You trust them to not stab you through the back—,” Grimmjow says, “—that doesn’t mean you trust them to stay.”
Grimmjow has let go of his arm by now, but Kurosaki doesn’t move. He seems frozen.
