Summary
If someone asked Wise what he thought of Lighter, he wouldn't even know where to start. He was handsome, funny, kind, charming, adorably silly, and everything that Wise could ever hope for in a partner. He knew that Lighter would willingly jump into the pits of hell for him, and Wise, in turn, would do the same.
That is to say, did Wise love Lighter? Without Question.
Did he trust him with every fiber of his being? Absolutely.
And did he trust that Lighter would love him forever as he proclaimed he would? If Lighter's feat at the tournament and surprise proposal couldn't convince him, then nothing would.
But even then, Wise couldn't help but feel like Lighter was acting a bit strange.

With Lighter winning Wise's hand in marriage, this meant that Wise now had a royal wedding to plan. Everything was going great, but after one night, Lighter suddenly became busier and quieter. Whenever Wise asked about it, Lighter would always placate him while diverting the conversation, leaving Wise's questions unanswered.
Despite the trust Wise had in Lighter, he couldn't quite stop the worry growing at the back of his mind.
