Germany didn’t entirely know how he should respond. Logic and lust mixed together relentlessly, backing the man into a corner. He’d let lust win him over before, and god knows he wanted to again, but…
Well, actually, he was already in a terrible state. He’d gone this far, so what was stopping him from going further? It would probably take the same amount of time to heal as the rest of the wounds, anyway, seeing as blood covered the entire floor of the tent barely a few minutes after entering it. He could've splashed in it like a puddle at this point. Not to mention he was unbelievably lightheaded, so he couldn’t manage a proper reasoning why he shouldn’t give in even if he wanted to.
A weak nod of the head from Germany made Italy perk up. “As far as you want.”
