    Dean has been suffering for months ever since Cas was taken away from him before his eyes by the Empty. And even with Cas back home, he is still miserable because he is terrified that his best friend is going to disappear again. Sam comes up with a great idea to cheer him up: He surprises him with a trip to the beach. The three of them end up together miles away from the bunker. Cas tells Dean that he only needs to focus on three things: having fun, relaxing and remembering that they're safe.
