Where do robots go after they die? Is it just an endless void, like the fate given to most other unfortunate souls, or something else?
A strange fate has befallen the supposed successor of V1. After her death, what comes is not nothingness, nor is it some other Hell.
V2 is rebirthed—in some place she finds uncannily similar to Earth.
And maybe, just maybe, she could attempt to do something new.
OR;
V2 is taken to Mirage’s world after death, let’s see how two girls who don’t know how to communicate sort themselves out.

The Councilor had said he had no more than a few hours; more than a day had passed. Though Gabriel could physically feel the power draining from him, death never came. Instead, he noted a strange gnawing in his stomach that grew by the hour, a foreign dryness to his mouth. Opening his groggy eyes, he peered down at the rippling water. His reflection was missing its halo and wings.
But his mind hardly even processed the fact; he looked into the cool, clear water, and for the first time in the entirety of his existence, his body was begging him to drink.
With dawning horror, Gabriel realized it. He was not dying—he was something worse.

The air in his room
shifts
and before Mason can spiral about Ptolemy making distance between them, his chair is being turned around and oh.
Ptolemy is there. In front of him. A sculpted mass of stars and nebulae, antennae twitching, hands pressing into his shoulders with a strong, grounding grip, just as bright and stunning and beautiful as last time.
Mason gets off call with Donny. Ptolemy helps Mason through the emotions that follow. The picnic is left behind, but the two continue to embrace each other. Set directly after the Valentine's Day special.
