Summary
("Do you trust me, Cas?" asks Dean, and you nod, fingers tangled tight with his. When he pushes you to the ground and twists your arms behind your back, straddling you and pressing cold steel against the base of your wings, it's hard to understand what's going on.)
Purgatory changes things, and people - no one comes out unscathed, if they come out at all. Maybe the Winchesters are not as forgiving as they seem. Maybe, Cas has put his trust in the wrong people, and he's just too far gone to see it.
