For his part, Lucifer was finding entertainment where he could by pissing off the red headed deer and watching him struggle to not lose his ever loving shit to remain in his daughter's good books.
However, when Alastor proposes at least a temporary truce to keep the Hotel safe, Lucifer begins to see the Radio Demon as more than a rival and perhaps a possible ally.
And when Lucifer organised an accidental date, well, maybe Alastor's mind began to change as well, even if he had never thought of anyone in that way before.

“You’re a fucking pig, Hargrove!” Perkins shouted, voice breaking on a panicked sob as Hagan cast her one last disdainful – and deeply pained – look before turning on his heel and beginning to speed-walk away. Her gaze spun indecisively between Billy’s smirk and Hagan’s swiftly retreating back, but after another few moments she came to a decision, snapping out a hand and slapping Billy across the face before clumsily sprinting after Hagan. “Tommy, wait!”
Pressing a palm to his stinging cheek – hardly bothered by the mild pain – Billy let loose a sharp bark of laughter. “Pot, kettle, Perkins! Enjoy your new reputation!”
