He reached out a hand to pull at some of the bouncing brown curls, tugging them and watching them pop back into shape, revealing tangles underneath.
“I don’t like when other people touch it,” Quan Yizhen said.
Yin Yu pulled his hand away, confused.
“No, other people who aren’t Shixiong. It felt wrong when anyone else did it.”
The younger man’s eyes shone as he looked down at Yin Yu, glistening with earnest emotion. The sight felt like a punch to Yin Yu’s gut. It felt like warm sunshine on his skin.
