    “Excuse me?” The stranger’s voice is sharp.
    Obanai turns to the man, Sabito, who the fuck is that? “Did you do something to piss off Sanemi again?”
    “I didn’t do anything,” the stranger folds his arms, and Sanemi realizes, he’s wearing Giyuu’s haori. He shouldn’t be. “But if you insist on being petty,” the man looks directly at Sanemi, his violet eyes glittering with irritation, “Sabito, Water Hashira, at your service.”
    The words jolt through Sanemi. “Where’s Giyuu?”
    A cold whisper. “How do you know that name.”

    At the end of the war, Sanemi is given a second chance. (Some others aren't so lucky.)
