“Oh, baby,” Jake repeats, voice filled with concern and affection as he pulls Heeseung in for a hug. The second their bodies connect, Heeseung clings onto Jake, fingers rumpling the freshly pressed dress shirt that he’s wearing. Jakes’s nose glides over his scent gland, inhaling deeply as he hums like he’s confirming something. “I think you’re in pre-rut, Heeseung.”
The words don’t register.
“Y-You left without scenting me. No one knows that I’m yours.”
Heeseung struggles with the fact that he's an alpha, but Jake is always there to catch him when he falls.
