Recently, Sigewinne has been delivering Neuvillette bottles after bottles of milk, reasoning that “someone’s having a tiny bit of a milk situation, so I’m just helping out a little!”.
While Neuvillette is a certified water lover, this was the first time the gentleman had taken a liking to another type of beverage.
The milk she handed him had a unique taste—lighter and more watery than most he’d tried, thinner in texture yet still retaining a touch of creaminess. It was also a little sweeter than the others he’d tasted, but just sweet enough to make him crave more. It was the perfect milk, seemingly tailored exactly to Monsieur Neuvillette’s tastes.
It felt like the perfect beverage to lift one’s spirits—especially since his good friend Wriothesley had recently been feeling unwell, so much so that he hadn’t been able to attend their frequent meetings. Neuvillette, being a thoughtful friend, decided to visit him—only to be shocked when Wriothesley paled at the sight of his new favorite beverage.
Could Wriothesley be lactose intolerant?
