There was a perfectly reasonable explanation for why Gaku had a dakimakura of Ryuu in his bed. He'd needed a body pillow, and they just happened to have three samples for their new line of merch tucked away in their house. It'd be silly to go out and buy a new one when they had some right there.
There was a much less reasonable explanation for why it was sexy side up, though.
