Summary
Clarke Griffin has it all. She’s popular, an artistic prodigy and has a wealthy family to boot. So when her perfect world comes crashing down around her, it’s time to sink or swim.
She tests positive for the Homicidal Tendency Syndrome gene, also known as the kill gene. Clarke is plucked from her comfortable life and placed into a school with people just like her - carriers, delinquents.
When she meets Bellamy Blake there, he looks like everything they say HTS carriers are. A monster, a criminal. Yet, he’s the one who protects her.
Clarke thinks existing in this school is the hardest thing they’ll have to do, but as the outside world falls into chaos, she soon learns that things can always get worse. At Mount Weather training camp, they’re made perform certain tasks that make them question who they are - make them wonder if they really are as evil as the world accuses them of being.
At least she has Bellamy. Clarke isn’t sure how they are supposed to be these violent monsters when they can do something so human, like fall in love with one another.

Summary

Two years and half ago, Clarke left Arkadia after her best friend, Bellamy, had a car accident and forgot about her. She promised herself she would never come back into his life. But when Clarke sees him again, she's forced to face her demons and her past, as Bellamy tries to understand what really happened before the accident.

Summary
This is Clarke Griffin's first Season and she is determined to find a husband, but not just any husband—the best that she can find, though she would prefer a love match.
Bellamy Blake, Duke of Hastings, wants nothing to do with London society but when business calls him to town during the season Lady Diyoza begs him to stay. It's hard for him to say no to the woman who had raised him following his mother's dead when his father wanted nothing to do with them. He has no desire to ever marry which is why he has always avoided this time in London.
The pair's first encounter isn't a good one but soon the two of them are scheming and pretending to court. Because what could go wrong while pretending to be courting?

Summary
'Every lover is a soldier. Love is a warfare.'
I've changed this description a thousand times. None of them felt honest. I just wanted to read a story of broken people finding each other and dancing to good music in the middle of nowhere. I also wanted to figure out how to write about consuming love. The beginning isn't great, it slowly gets better. It's dramatic, extreme, a very unrealistic love story. But it is a love story. And there are a few lines that make me smile.

Summary
When two of Clarke’s best friends, Wells and his wife Glass, die in an accident, she’s told that they’ve left Glass’s three year old daughter, Madi, to be raised by her Auntie Clarke. Clarke decides to move the two of them across country from California to a small town in Connecticut that her roommate in college told her about - Arkadia. California was never where Wells and Glass wanted to raise their daughter and Clarke remembers Octavia talking about how wonderfully welcoming and warm the town of Arkadia was to grow up in.
When she gets to Arkadia, she meets up with Raven, a girl she’d met a few times when she’d visited Octavia, and her neighbor Bellamy, a man who confuses her more than she’d like to admit, and she begins to find that what she expected to happen when they moved across the country, isn’t exactly how it goes. But sometimes, what’s meant to happen instead of what you expect to happen is even better.
