Johnny might avoid him in public, but Ten knows. Ten knows how much Johnny wants him, knows the craving and the heat– the Johnny that lives out there means nothing to Ten. It’s this boy, with his huge hand in Ten’s hair as Ten sucks a hickey into his neck, this boy who takes the mark that Outside Johnny will accredit to some imaginary girl.
This boy who takes his shirt off without Ten even having to ask, bares his soul, runs his hands over Ten’s skin with something like reverence and whispers that he’s perfect.
He’s worth the other parts.

Summary
Ten sets his jaw and drops his hands. He fixes his eyes onto Johnny and says, “You’re attracted to me. Se- romantically.”
Johnny’s gaze flickers slightly, almost on reflex. He flits his eyes across the room, careful to catch anybody that might overhear. Apparently satisfied that there is no one, he leans towards Ten and lowers his voice to ask, “And if I am?”
“Why me?” Ten says, almost in a whisper.
Johnny’s lips twitch as if he wants to smile. “You drew me in.”
“I didn’t do anything.”
“You didn’t have to.”
For the second time today, Ten can only stare at the man before him, lost for words. He doesn’t know what’s wrong with him -- he would never fall for this, usually. He knows better than to fall for this. But because Johnny is kind and handsome and just the right sort of smug, Ten is acting like he wants to get his heart broken.

“FUUUUUUCK, is it a sweet valley high situation where Stiles is very aware that his twin is way more attractive and confident than he is, EVEN THOUGH THEY'RE IDENTICAL, and he always ends up with the hotter significant others and more friends and Stiles guesses that's why he's attracted to the pack at first, because it's something that's just his, not his twin's too. But of course, Stiles's twin gets bit and now he's part of Derek's pack, and Derek doesn't snap at him like he snaps at Stiles, never slams him into things, fucking FIGURES, STILES'S TWIN GETS EVERYTHIIIIIIIING.”

Stiles snatched his hand away just as Derek had been about to lick at it. The snarl he got in response was not comforting.
“He what?” Stiles asked nervously, turning to Deaton.
The man looked a little amused. “Don’t worry, only if he doesn’t like you.”
“Well, he probably hates me, now!” Stiles insisted, turning back to Derek.

Derek saw Stiles stiffen at that, wondering why, but before Stiles could open his mouth to insist that, why yes, Derek was his bodyguard like the brat he was, Derek spoke first.
“I’m Mieczyslaw Stilinski’s bodyguard.”
The confused look that crossed Scott’s face now was kind of annoying. Scott looked at Stiles, then back at Derek, and then at Stiles again.
