Summary
Endings arent always happy. They can hurt, can leave scars and empty houses. They can end with fallen tears, screams of anguish or an envelope and a vial of pills. Yes, endings aren’t always happy.
But endings can change. Sure, sometimes life feels hopeless and you can barely leave the bed, but the thing is endings can be happy. You just need to give yourself a reason. When everything seems dark, remember there’s always someone who can hold your hand, wipe your tears and lead you into the light. The scars can fade, and the sadness can be replaced with hope. Don’t ever forget about the light.
One day, the weight won’t feel so heavy anymore. Your laugh will be loud, your smile easy.
One day, you’ll be so free it feels like you can fly. So never give up, reach out and hold on to the light.Bookmarked by elixirthegreat

Summary
Mike has always been good at creating stories. He brought entire worlds to life and hidden paths bloomed on the tip of his tongue; words were his magic language.
Will used to watch him, full of awe and wonder: he was his first listener. His first reader.
Will was quieter than Mike. He was used to taking up as little space as possible. The only people with whom he truly felt safe were Mike and his older brother Jonathan. His language was colour: Will was good at drawing, at bringing Mike’s stories to life with colored pencils, with crayons. When speaking made him too anxious, he drew: Will drew his dreams, his nightmares.
Mike was his first admirer. The first one to have the privilege of walking through his private, secret museum.
( ... )Mike, finally, looks at Will. He becomes a child again, remembering himself and noticing the first signs of Will’s possession: his restless visions, his drifting dissociation, his quiet, heavy silence, his creeping alienation.
Mike’s heart swells painfully, like the sails of a boat.
Will keeps staring at the sea.His gaze is blank.

Summary
Hikaru, in his own way, struggled too. He often spoke about girls, about crushes that sounded rehearsed, about futures that felt borrowed from someone else’s expectations. There were moments—quiet ones, when he thought Yoshiki wasn’t looking—when his smile faltered, as if he were trying to convince himself as much as anyone else.
Neither of them had the words for what they were doing. They only knew how to survive within the rules they followed.
Or
Yoshiki can’t imagine Hikaru as a girl. For the life of him.
