This work kind of goes through my life growing up with parents who have never really been there for me and are some of the reasons why I struggle with being myself (from body image issues to liking the same gender)
The parts that go through Summers journal are parts from my actual journal growing up, and the parts where people tell her certain things are actual things i’ve gotten told.
The story isn’t finished only because my life isn’t over and I can’t write the end if I’ve never lived it.

Summary
This is a short story I wrote for english. Obviously couldn't write any explicit scenes but there's mentions of rape (if I can remember this correctly) and other violent things like that. But there's two perspectives a girl named hannelore who gets taken from her house by the Nazis and then a second perspective and a boy-amram-who runs away from the Nazis but gets caught in the woods. Amram is brought to the same concentration camp as hannelore and they fall in love.
