Summary
"Reigen was laying on his bed thinking about him. Again. How original, he thought. It was Wednesday night, late, he hadn’t been able to sleep which was pretty routine to him. He often found himself thinking of his friends and his life when his insomnia got to him, but lately, Serizawa was the only thing he could think about while laying there in the darkness, staring into nothing. He couldn’t for the life of him get the man out of his head. It was beginning to become exhausting."

Summary
He peered out the peephole briefly, however, the outside light was still off so he only saw the vague outline of a figure etched against what little light lingered on the horizon. Well, if it turns out to be a serial killer I’m gonna haunt the bastard till their last days on earth, he thought, turning the deadbolt and flicking on the entryway light switch. He paused, momentarily considering if there was any real danger in opening his door to a stranger at whatever the hell time in the morning it was, but he quickly disregarded the thought in favor of his natural curiosity.
When he opened the door, the sight he saw made him wish that it would have been a serial killer. Or at least anything other than...her.--
Reigen's estranged elder sister appears at his door in the middle of the night, opening up a wound in his past he would rather have kept closed and hidden

Summary
"For a myriad of reasons, Serizawa and Reigen did not often argue. There were so many things they would rather waste their time on than a silly dispute, however, they certainly were not immune to it. Of all of Serizawa’s seemingly infinite patience, there was a limit, Reigen noticed, and he was fearful that he might one day tip it over the edge. As usual, his intuition was right."

Reigen says something really dumb and sparks some not great events!!! on brand!

Summary
“I had a very boring childhood. And early adulthood,” that’s one way of putting it, he thought, looking around the bar, which was already bustling, he figured it would only get busier as the night went on. He wondered how long they would be here for. How long were dates supposed to last? How long were they supposed to last if he wanted to let her know he didn’t like her? There was still so much nuance about adulthood that he had yet to fully grasp.
--
Serizawa gets roped into going on a date with one of his night classmates and comes to many realizations about himself, also, reigen gets super drunk and it's funny.

Summary
Serizawa was not a stoner. He regularly argued that point against the voice in his head who loved to play devil’s advocate. He just had a lot on his mind most of the time; a lot of anxious thoughts spinning around so fast he could hardly catch and hold onto just one at a time. A little wake and bake never hurt anyone, right? And besides, he had some very legitimate reasons for engaging in this behavior as part of his morning routine. In fact, he could name five right now.

Summary
[The invite inside was completely inconspicuous, almost bland. A cream-colored piece of paper with black lettering in a fancy font and little frills in the margins, as if it was an afterthought to this whole affair. The date of the event was printed largely at the top and somebody - most likely his mother - had used a red pen to underline it as well as the text at the bottom.
Reigen Arataka and guest, it said.
Clearly, they had intended for him to bring somebody with him to this affair. And there was only one person he could possibly ask.]
-----

Summary
“I’ll bring something back for you,” Serizawa promised. Reigen wrinkled his nose and shook his head. “Just send me a picture of everything you eat, and I’ll be happy.”
Food pictures led into light chatting, and now, three weeks into Serizawa’s trip, they’ve spoken every single day, often keeping the conversation going from breakfast until well after dinner. Reigen’s spent many nights, laying in bed, phone screen illuminating his face, as he waits for Serizawa’s next message.
