A truly compelling, mature piece of fiction about a show that, honestly, took itself too seriously to be similarly spoken of. I really appreciate this take on the lives of the Gundam pilots after the war, and the tenuous yet powerful relationship between Heero and Duo really pulls the piece together. Highly recommended, especially if you've found you've aged out of Gundam Wing's canon and fanon.

Fantastic! Every detail here is perfect, from Nezumi's guarded flamboyance to Inukashi's gender. Characterization is spot on, the Harry Potter universe slips on over these characters like a glove, and every sentence is intentional in a way that's both exciting and comforting. It's a small fic, of course, but it's flawless.
