Summary
Rodion Romanovich Raskolnikov is on the verge of dropping out of college, and it's only his first year. He's caught about 10 different strains of the flu, can barely afford tuition or a decent meal, and he's terribly bored with his studies. And to add to all of this, he happens to be roommates with the most pretentious, annoying, and loudmouthed guy on campus.
Unfortunately for Raskolnikov, this annoyance doesn't seem to feel the same, and insists they can solve all their problems, if they only apply a little effort. Unfortunately for him, Raskolnikov has just the idea.
TL;DR: Raskolnikov and Razumikhin find a less than conventional method to pay for textbooks.
