"Hi," he says. "I'm Zagreus. You've got to be Pat, right?"
He's assembled this sentence in advance, so it comes out fine, and it's only just as he tips his head back to give him a better look out from under his hat that it hits him: Achilles' husband is super hot.
To be expected, Zagreus thinks, even as the other half of his brain is saying, well, shit.
"I suppose I do," comes the reply. Patroclus gives him an assessing sort of look. Zagreus shifts a little, nervous, and then tells himself off for being nervous. They've only just met; there's no way Patroclus can know that Zag has an enormous crush on his husband. "How long?"
Zagreus feels the grin slip a little. He's briefly terrified that Achilles' husband can read minds. "What?"
Patroclus looks amused. "The garden. How long will it take you?"
