It's their last year of high school, they're trying to make it count. No one knows exactly what they're gonna do when it's over, but they all know they want to get the Hell out of Derry. There's so much uncertainty. All they know for sure is that they want to make this year perfect--and maybe in doing so, a few people who have been holding in some feelings will try and do something about it...

Summary
Eddie was extremely, horribly, wonderfully, hatefully CONFUSED. There were not enough adjectives in the world to emphasize how confused he truly was. It wasn’t from a hard college assignment, or not beating his best time in track, or something his boss said to him at work. He was frustrated because of a certain peer who would not keep his hands to himself.
A one RICHIE TOZIER was constantly touching him.

“Why wouldn’t you just tell us you’re getting married altogether like Bill and Stan did?” Richie said, seeming to also realize this was odd.
“Because we have to ask a favor of you.” Ben brought his hand up to start biting his nails the way he did when he was about to deliver bad news.
“Favor is too nice, babe. This is not a favor or a request. It is a requirement if you both want to be at this wedding.” Beverly let go of Ben’s hand to place it on her knee. She rubbed her thighs once, gearing up to tell them. Eddie had a couple guesses about what she may want to say but nothing prepared him for what it actually was, “You have to bring a date.”
