The year is 2020 and Konoha is not the same anymore. There is no chakra because chakra is a myth, considered magic or something similar to the world of fantasy.
Madara's existence is mundane, pathetic and boring. There is nothing for him but an eternity surrounded by what he considers a world of civilians.
...until one day at the Konoha museum, when a little pink haired girl uses what he knows...is chakra to defend herself from a bully.

“Oh, really?” You replied, annoyed. “Then why’s your hand been on my leg for the last ten minutes?”
He paused, then shrugged. "My bad," he remarked mockingly.
But instead of pulling away, his hand squeezed your thigh—too hard, your back arched, a sound catching in your throat. He tilted his head, watching your reaction with amusement. A small grin appeared on his lips.
He opened his mouth to speak, but before a word could come out, Gojo’s voice cut through the air—sharp, mad.
“Get your hands off her,” he said, almost like a yell, through clenched teeth.
