It’s a messy scrap back and forth before Jack sends it around the wall and when he gets there to retrieve it, he notices his mistake the second he feels a presence behind him.
He has half a mind to brace for impact before his older brother smashes him into the boards.

Summary
The moment his next “task” popped into his inbox, Nico immediately knew he was still in deep shit. Jonas clearly hadn’t yet forgiven him for The Incident™. And yes, in hindsight, maybe Nico should’ve waited for backup instead of going rogue, taking on two criminals, and catching a stray bullet in his thigh, but that was beside the point. The important thing was that his client remained safe, the bad guys were taken away in handcuffs, and Nico came out of the situation (mostly) unscathed.
But his boss thought otherwise. Instead of commending his heroics, he deemed Nico a ‘workaholic liability’ and shipped him off to the middle of nowhere. Instead of rubbing shoulders with high-profile clientele and enjoying the view from his chalet in Switzerland, he had to play bodyguard for the foreseeable future.

Or, the one where Jack is a famous singer, and Nico is an executive protection agent trying to re-enter his boss's good graces. AKA, the bodyguard au that nobody asked for, with healthy doses of songwriting, banter, pining, and sexual tension.
