Summary
Lucy wakes up to a rare quiet day in 35 Portland Row. Lockwood is out running errands and George is at the Archives. Lucy is having a morning tea when George comes home much earlier than Lucy expected him to. Having had a frustratingly fruitless research session, he is deeply disappointed to find the kitchen empty of biscuits. Fortunately, they have everything they need to make their own. Unfortunately, Lucy's never baked in her life. Fortunately again, George is a pretty good teacher.

Summary
After a whole year of being missing and presumed dead by suicide, one day Miles Edgeworth quite literally just walks back into Phoenix's life. Understandably, Phoenix has quite an emotional reaction to this.
OR
I was deeply unsatisfied with how nonchalant Miles's return and Phoenix's reaction were in canon, so I rewrote the whole scene :') The first few lines of dialogue are lifted straight from the game script, with some slight tweaking on my part.
