    Loki didn’t think he was dead.
    Death didn’t hurt this much.

    Carol Danvers decides to make a pit stop on a week-old shipwreck from before the Snap. She’s tugging along Tony Stark and Nebula, who are telling her very little about what happened or why the universe just got turned half into dust.
    They find a body (well, many bodies) that sticks out to Tony and he pulls the ship aside to scoop a (presumably) dead Loki from the vacuum of space.

    Loki didn’t think he was dead.
    But he’s too weak to argue.

    “So, I have been thinking”, Tony sat down next to the god, “if it’s alright by you, I want to adopt her”.
    Loki looked like he went over the statement at least ten times before he figured out how he was going to react.
    “You want to adopt her?” he thought it was a joke.
    “Is that hard to believe?”
    Loki started to laugh. “She is going to be a teenager for the rest of your life”.
    “I was planning to have her in my life until my very end”.
    Loki saw the determination from Stark. “She will hate you for it”.
    “At the moment she hates everything and everyone”.

    Loki escapes his imprisonment on earth after New York with his daughter, but ends up getting taken by the Avengers again, just this time his daughter is doing a good job pleading his case. And the so-called heroes are smitten by the liesmiths daughter. And suddenly he has another family.
