Will straightens from the cabinet like it just shocked him. “A what?”
“A plan,” she repeats, too casually, like they’re talking about redecorating or what to make for dinner, “A get-Will-laid-by-Mike-plan.”

Mike Wheeler has a habit of walking around Will's and his shared dorm room in nothing but a towel. A small one. Too small. And it's driving Will absolutely crazy. So when Mike and Will go over to Robin and Vickie's place one night to watch a movie. They tell Will their plan. Have Will seduce Mike, and then have him get laid by Mike.

After Robin presents everyone with the idea of a lake house, both best friends are stuck having to share one trailer on the road, quickly realizing that the space is too small to contain their feelings and the summertime heat.
So, ultimately, maybe Will's plan won't come to fruition. -

Will asks, sincerely, “How obvious?” A whisper, eyes wide, the sin of curiosity kept in a secret space between Robin and himself.
The snowball became an “avalanche,” apparently for Robin, but had Will enough snow on his hill to say the same for himself?
Will, as he has come to understand, has a lot to think about. Mike had certainly shown him things beyond brushed knees and shared looks, talking about snowballs was nothing when it came to the blizzard that is their relationship. So Will continues on his day mostly focused, but his mind can’t help but play back certain events like little movies of the past eighteen months, after his conversation with Robin.
