Summary
Ulysses did not want to do this.
The fabric scratched his skin uncomfortably and his chest felt exposed. Who the hell even were these guys anyway?

Menelaus looks up at him, “Me?”
Teucer nods towards where Ulysses is refilling his drink, “Yes you, he's a menace.”
“Why me?” Menelaus groans, nobody wants to deal with a drunk Ulysses.

“So where are we going?” Menelaus asked the guard.
“Prince Paris has summoned you. We’re going to his personal quarters.”
Menelaus said nothing, thoughts flooded his mind as he followed the guard. Was this a trap? Why did Paris want to see him? Would Helen be there? Why, after the two days they had already been here, was it only happening now?
“Here,” the guard stopped, nodding at the door in front of him. He knocked and then disappeared without a word.

Summary
“Menelaus!” Ulysses calls from behind, “Wait for me,”
Menelaus takes note of the subtle somber tone to his voice, pausing to let Ulysses catch up.
“Thanks,” Ulysses says as he falls into step with Menelaus, silence overcoming the two as they leave the bustle of kings in the main tent.
