Summary
Jean comes from a special type of the human race - the Mages, people who secretly possess elemental magical powers. Despite his heritage, he is able to live quite a normal life, since his specialization is basically... nothing.
But when his dangerous and powerful specialization finally starts to develop, he realizes that his life can never get back to the way it used to be again.

AU set after series 2 in which the second rising refers to the dead rising again and not warming up.
'They were not the ones to find Rick. Didn’t even know he had been found until after he had already been transported to Norfolk. His rising hung like a damp shroud over the bungalow, seemingly light yet able to cling to Simon's every crack and crevice. He could not tell if Kieren noticed. He watched white eyes drift toward windows, not knowing if they were wistful and searching or the innocent glances of a meandering mind. Did not know if they saw combats and staples or woollen jumpers that felt more brittle with every day that passed. Summary
Jean Kirschtein non sa esattamente perché ci sia bisogno di qualcuno per pulire la piscina, dato che nessuno sembra mai nuotarci dentro, ma, quando vede sua madre che proprio non riesce a smettere di fare gli occhi dolci al nuovo inserviente, Jean capisce che potrebbe non essere l’unica.
A quanto pare, cercare di instaurare una relazione con quel ragazzo della piscina coperto di lentiggini è più complicato di quanto sembra, se aggiungi una situazione familiare più che disastrosa, uno stronzo infedele come padre e un’esistenza seriamente solitaria.
Un’AU fluff e angst in egual misura, dove vedrete alcuni ragazzi che puliscono piscine, altri che fumano sui tetti, tanti problemi con i genitori e soprattutto Marco a petto nudo.Bookmarked by fins
