The longer Hitoka sat there, waiting, the more worried she got. Her best friend, Tadashi, went into the woods to get her berries for her pie. That was two hours before, and he still hadn’t come back. The forest is right next to her house, so it should have taken him 30 minutes at most. Hitoka decided the best option was to go look for him. She pulled on her jacket and shoes and headed for the woods.
