And Dejun is about to raise a fist and try it out, but he doesn’t get the chance as the lock clicks and the door pops open.

“‘Give yourself to him,’” Chenle snickers.
“It was just—it wasn’t—” he can feel himself getting flustered, reddening further. “It wasn’t like that,” he manages weakly. It sounds lame and unconvincing, even to his own ears.
“Yeah? What was it like,” Donghyuck prods, teasing lilt in his voice belying the innocent look on his face. “Were you gonna put a bow on your head and go knock on his door?”
“No,” says Jeno emphatically. Beside him, Chenle is laughing again.
“Were you gonna strip naked and let him have his way with y—”
Or, Jeno takes some insight from his past self when getting Jaemin a gift this year.
