He opened his mouth.

“Ashe?” William’s head snapped up. Dakota’s grip on him became tighter, almost hugging him at this point.
Ashe hugged back, tears streaking down his face.
“No!” Dakota screamed, tears pricking at the edges of his eyes, “I’m not leaving you!”
