Summary
It only comes to Cyno’s attention during one dinner, the moment Collei left to rest early and has gotten permission from Tighnari because she is expecting for her thorough training tomorrow morning. He squints upon figuring that Tighnari’s hair is tied back, ponytail extending past his shoulders.
“Your hair is longer.” He states the obvious to which Tighnari hums in response.
“Yeah, I decided to keep it this way for now.”
“Why?”
“I don’t know? I felt like leaving it to grow long. Do you hate it?”
Cyno shakes his head, disapproving of the thought he must have hated it.
“Of course not,” he adds. “It looks— better, actually. I missed seeing you in your long hair.”
Tighnari's longer hair stimulates something dormant in Cyno.

“Please.. please, let me go, Cyno.” He whispered meekly, finally being able to identify who the person was behind this—something the General found adorable, especially since he was speaking straight to him as his lips had by then reached his jaw. His tail curled over his lap. “I don’t like it here. Please, take me home.”
Tighnari is left alone at night after work, that one incident changes everything afterwards.

He surely does want to reply but he knows it's going to be a long ass rant from him though he doesn't want to disappoint, Sakusa waits a bit more until Atsumu breaks his patience and decides to yell at him through all caps with several exclamation points.
