Summary
In the middle of a battle with the Kingdom of Faerghus a stray demonic beast crashes into the middle of the fight between the Aegir Astral Knights and knights of Faerghus. Hubert wasn't able to see if Ferdinand was killed in the initial attack, before he could attempt to help the situation, the beast runs off with all of the warriors giving chase. He assumes the worst as days have gone by with no word, yet the other party hasn't been looking at things so dower.

Summary
In the year of 2023, Edelgard Hresvelg decides to run for parliament in the Republic of Adrestia, planning to unseat the long time politician Ludwig von Aegir from his position with Hubert helping her with the campaign. Two years earlier, as they were in their last years of university, they discover an old acquaintance that became an important friend to both of them, Ferdinand von Aegir, was going to work for his father after graduation, causing them to break away from him for the betrayal, as it was more than just political reasons Edelgard resents his father. Everyone is still sore about everything, but Dorothea has kept touch with Ferdinand throughout all of this, and has an idea how to maybe patch things up while also getting back at his horrible father.
