Summary
Yor and Twilight were never exactly “good” people. They’ve killed before, they’ve hurt people before, both emotionally and physically.
But they never really had the choice not to.
Times of hardship can push people to their extremes, including the family Twilight once had to spy on so many years ago. After a tragedy, the one surviving family member swears revenge, and they take the chance one night, leaving Twilight badly injured and Yor on a mission for vengeance.

No, I’m forcing myself to socialize with you. In public.
“Yes. Meet me at the Porch and Cellar on Third. 9 PM. Don’t be late or you won’t get another chance.”
“Uh, okay. Another chance for what?”
The bastard really was gonna make him say it. In fact he was probably playing dumb just to savor his discomfort.
“Drinks on me for stepping in front of that gun,” Yuri snapped. “But don’t get me wrong, I’ll be faster next time. If anyone’s taking a bullet for Yor, it’ll be me, got it, Forger?”

After Loid Forger makes good on his vow to take a bullet for Yor, Yuri begrudgingly starts to acknowledge that his brother-in-law might not be the worst person in the world after all.

Summary
Anya learns that Mama wants a wedding ring [AN: she actually doesn't]. She implants the idea into Loid's mind, and he tries his best to fulfil his duty as a husband (for the mission). While Loid takes Yor out on a date to give her the said ring, his plan is wrecked when they learn that Anya's movie theatre has been taken hostage.
Twilight and the Thorn Princess want to go in and save their daughter without raising the suspicion of their spouse. Chloe and Yuri are given an undercover assignment to pose as a couple and obtain information to help negotiate with the terrorists. Anya and her friends do their best to be brave and survive, and Damian tries to make the process easy for Anya.
