Summary
The notebook weighed heavily in the grocery bag where Yumeko had buried it beneath eggs and bread. It was a hoax, a joke. It had to be, what else could explain such a thing? But on the off chance that it wasn’t, if just maybe… no, it would be better in her hands rather than anyone else. Yumeko continued her walk, her eyes following the street signs, but her mind distracted. Her fingers lightly planted on cool leather. She had other things to focus on.
Just a day left. Just a day, and she would be back where it began.

This is very heavy in character study/life study. Like how people would act in their life during this. This is my second fully written fic, and I pray it’s good enough. Advice from writers and people with experience is welcomed! Also for you Meariri fans, it takes a bit of build up but I swear it’s important.
