By now, the drink he hurried to finish earlier has taken deeper roots in his system, making him pull Miyano against him a bit more boldly than he usually would in public. “Maybe we should call it a night. Head home.”
“No,” Miyano replies almost instantly, the firmness in his voice clashing with the small shaking Sasaki can feel coming from the hand that is now slipping into his and intertwining their fingers. “Come with me.”
