Astarion gave me a look of feigned surprise. “I’m sorry? Care to say that again?”
“You heard me the first time,” I growled. Damn, that smug little tease was enjoying himself way too much at my expense.
“I may have, but you look just so utterly adorable when you blush, darling,” he gave back with a dazzling smile. “Well, as I said, I may not be up for everything right now, but who am I to say no to some good old-fashioned bondage play? Especially since you are probably more fun to play with than your alter ego, who was a little… well, crude for my tastes.”
Durge is anxious after almost having murdered his lover the night before that his Urges may resurface. Astarion is here to help and enjoys himself maybe a little too much. Set after defying the Urge repeatedly in Act 2 and the subsequent Act 2 Dark Urge scene.

You don’t know half of it. The air felt too thick to breathe all of a sudden, images of different ways how this encounter in the pale moonlight might turn into a gory bloodbath taunting my mind, of me digging into his entrails, of him bent over my lifeless, drained body… Struggling to keep those images at bay, I couldn’t even think of anything smart to say anymore.
So I only nodded.Durge and Astarion get together in the woods after the tiefling party to "have some fun"... only they're both after something else entirely.
