Summary

Summary
This series takes place in an alternate universe wherein V decides to get out of the solo business after a particularly nasty job. Now, she works as a private detective solving cases for Night City's elite. These cases aren't as serious as one might think—since corpos spend most of their days handling the dirty work of subterfuge and back-stabbing. Instead, V deals in the far more mundane but just as insane.
With Jackie's help, V tries to tackle the ins and outs of P.I. work, all while trying to reel in the neon-haired woman of her dreams.

Summary
V attempts to pick up the pieces of her and Judy's relationship, and save her own life, after a tumultuous morning in Laguna Bend.
I really enjoyed the relationship between Judy and V but I thought it could use a little more angst. V is dying so I thought she'd be a little less than eager to Uhaul it with Judy, at least in the beginning.
It starts post Pyramid Song. There is slight canon divergence in the early chapters but it increases significantly later on, hope you enjoy the ride!
