Summary
After being taken by pirates, Princess Emma of Misthaven finds herself held for ransom on the high seas. Summary
Beginning on the Jolly Roger course set for Neverland, Emma is infuriated. She's pissed. She just got her family back, saved the day again, freed Storybrooke and then Henry is kidnapped to a dangerous far-off Neverland, and the villain is Hook's nemesis. Well another of his enemies. Emma is angry and short-sighted and a yearning pirate isn't doing her many favours. He is, but not to her emotional state. There is no room in her life for love, but maybe she can smush in some time for a little pirating.
Hook is desperately in love with her, Swan. And it's painful. But he is determined to do right by her, to save her as many times as she needs, and maybe (he foolishly hopes) somewhere along the way her rejections and dismissals might give way to love.

I will make it impossible not to fall deeply and truly in love with me, just as I am impossible not to fall into bed with.” He said it like a joke, like a silly thing, without his usual tones of promise and threat, but to her it sank claws of doubt into her flesh. She hoped he wasn't right... but maybe she hoped he was.
