  Summary

Dr. Hill’s supposed “powers of hypnosis” have been plaguing Herbert West’s thoughts for over a year now.

He decides to conduct a series of side experiments delving into the possibilities of mind control.

Daniel Cain will be a willing subject whether he wants to be or not.
