Summary
“Your hair is so soft after you wash it,” is exactly what Katsuki doesn’t say when he accidentally brushes his fingers against Kirishima’s hair. It was an accident, definitely; an honest mistake, Kirishima had just put his head on the desk, and since it was newly washed and in its natural style, it just happened. He'd laid his head on the table just a little too close to Katsuki's hand.
He supposes he’s never really thought about if his friend’s hair was soft or not - but now he knows, and he knows that he won’t be able to stop thinking about it. The words in his textbook seem to drift off of the page, meaningless, and all he can think of is the bright red head of hair that’s painfully close to his hand, and just how easy it would be to touch it.
And then Katsuki thinks to himself no, that’s weird.
In which Katsuki describes the things he's always wanted to say to Kirishima, but never quite knew how.

Masochist, Eijirou thinks and, in the second right before Katsuki chokes and focuses intensely on salvaging what's left of their midnight haul, he realizes that this might be a problem.Bakugou and Kirishima get hit by a quirk that lets them hear each others' thoughts. It goes much better (and much worse) than either of them expect.
